Hi, I’ve just had a quick look at the amending legislation for the Commonwealth Sex Discrimination Act. Do you know whether the 2013 amendments curtailed the ability to mount sex based harassment or discrimination cases? Thanks for all of your fantastic work keeping us all up to date.
