The UK Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has published transgender* statistics for the prison population of England and Wales since 2016. We can now characterise the criminality of male transwomen* numerically at a remarkably consistent 80%.
Through the courts, transgender extremists have successfully manipulated the UK legal system into the ‘legal fiction’ of legal sex i.e., that male becomes female and should be treated for all purposes as though they are so. This has led prison authorities, under the fear of legal action they are being transphobic to refuse, to permit male transwomen to shower with female prisoners who have less leverage to complain about the constant criminal offences of exposure they are subjected to at Her Majesty’s pleasure.
Male criminality at 95% contrasts starkly with ‘female criminality’ at 5%. So consistent is this sex-differential that it is built into the fabric of prison estate the world over, because this sex differential is very consistent too. In England and Wales, it is consistent not for one decade, not for two but for seven decade period between 1950-2020.
Most people are surprised to learn it is so marked, but [not] as surprised as when I point out the even starker contrast of 1% | 99% difference between female and male-pattern sexual offending (30 July 2021)!
Psychologically, I think most people are defaulting to 50|50 female | male. They may even factor in that it is slightly higher for male but have no idea that it is so stark. For those working in the criminal justice system, this is a known known but they may be failing to communicate this adequately, because this is so obvious to them as experts.
Thus, when “transwomen are women” is treated as a mathematical hypothesis, it is perfectly clear that male transwomen do not exhibit ‘female criminality’. Self-evidently, the 80% proportion is nothing like that of the less than 5% female criminality i.e., female prison population.
Is the discrepancy between the 95% male prison population and the 80% of transgender* population a problem? No, because even a straight comparison places 80% closer to 96% but it is always worth thinking how naysayers will find fault. 96%-80%-Difference_NOT-a-difference-of-Criminality
First, remember the importance of the asterix, the MOJ transgender* total does NOT include transgender prisoners with GRCs are excluded from MOJ transgender* datasets. After four years digging around in this data, the use of the asterix, is reducing my wordage substantially!
Second, remember that what we might call ‘seminal’ work of Dhejne et al (22 Feb 2011) “Long-Term Follow-Up of Transsexual People: Cohort Study Sweden” found that criminality was not reduced in fully-transitioned male transwomen ajnd remained the same as their biological controls, while the criminality of fully transitioned transmen (brimming with T(estosterone) and freed of the gender stereotypical constraints of womanhood, increased compared to their biological controls (female) to be indistinguishable from the controls of their gender identity i.e., males control group.
