Indian Surgeon Planning Womb Implant Into Trans-Identified Male – Reduxx

A doctor in New Delhi, India has announced he is preparing a surgical plan to implant a womb in a biological male who identifies as transgender.

Dr. Narendra Kaushik, who runs a transgender surgery clinic, told The Mirror that he was preparing to utilize a womb taken from either a deceased organ donor or a hysterectomy performed on a female-to-male transgender patient.

In 2017, Dr. Richard Paulson, then the head of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, claimed that it was possible for biological males to get pregnant with currently-available medical technology.

Similarly, Dr. Christopher Ingerfeld of the London Transgender Clinic also called for trans-identified males to be allowed womb transplants, claiming that the procedure would be effectively identical to womb transplants performed on “cis” women, but failing to note any anatomical differences inherent in biological males.

In 2021, scientists at the Naval Medical University in Shanghai, China ignited widespread controversy after impregnating a male rat in what was considered by many to be an experiment that was unethical and unnecessarily cruel to the animal subjects.

There is only one recorded case of a male having received a womb transplant.

In 1931, Lili Elbe, a trans-identified male from Denmark, received a womb transplant and rudimentary vaginoplasty. Elbe died three months after the surgery, his body rejecting the organ and developing a serious infection which resulted in a fatal cardiac arrest.

`Gender critical´ barrister claims she lost work for… | Daily Mail Online

Allison Bailey said she was deprived of work after voicing her concerns about Stonewall when her chambers adopted its Diversity Champions scheme.

The document outlined how Ms Bailey, who founded gender-critical campaign group LGB Alliance, opposed the adoption of the Stonewall Diversity Champions scheme by her employer, Garden Court Chambers, in December 2018.

According to the argument, she suggested the charity was complicit in a “campaign of harassment” against people who question “trans self-ID ideology”, a viewpoint which lawyers said caused a “strong negative reaction at the most senior level” within the chambers.

Ms Bailey is also said to claim Stonewall tried to persuade Garden Court to cut its associations with her over her support of gender-critical beliefs after two tweets in September and October 2019, which criticised the charity.

In the first, she said Stonewall had hired Morgan Page, an activist and writer who she described as “a male-bodied person who ran workshops with the sole aim of coaching heterosexual men who identify as lesbians on how they can coerce young lesbians into having sex with them”.

In the second, she thanked a Sunday Times journalist for “reporting on the appalling levels of intimidation, fear and coercion that are driving the @stonewalluk trans self-ID agenda”.

Ms Bailey is suing both Stonewall and Garden Court for discrimination, and has raised more than £495,000 to fund her legal case.

The tribunal continues.

Rape victim’s legal fight after transgender woman allowed to access female-only support group  | Daily Mail Online

The victim known only as ‘Sarah’ joined the Survivors’ Network in Brighton last year but says she felt shaken and upset after seeing ‘someone who appeared to be a man’ in one of the sessions.

fter filing her legal claim to Brighton County Court last Friday, Sarah told The Daily Telegraph: ‘It was really reluctantly that I brought this case. On the surface, it appears anti-feminist to challenge a rape crisis centre.’

However, she said that ‘hundreds’ of survivors have since contacted her saying they have had similar experiences when requesting female-only rape counselling.

‘I want to stress that we’re not looking for this instead of the mixed-sex women’s groups,’ she added. ‘It’s in addition. It seems like a really small ask for a supposedly trauma-informed rape crisis centre.’

WDI USA Statement on the Leaked Opinion in Roe v. Wade | WDI USA

Roe is likely dead and, again, women are grieving and we grieve with our sisters. But we will never stop fighting for women’s complete reproductive integrity, including the right to abortion on demand, without apology.

The opinion isn’t final, and votes can still change. We suspect that they won’t. The end of the story was already written on May 17, 2021, when the Court chose to take up the case in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. It didn’t have to do that. It chose to, in a cruel signal that it doesn’t care about women’s lives.

If the Court proceeds to overturn Roe v. Wade, which seems likely at this point, it will constitute nothing other than a targeted assault on women. A clear majority of Americans think that abortion should be legal in all or most cases. This fact should both enrage us and give us hope; and it may suggest a strategy. Abolition of a woman’s sovereignty over her own body is an autocratic, top-down decision by powerful men to control all women. Historically, the American people have not permitted such laws to stand. It is time to demonstrate one more time why a government cannot enforce a law that restricts the fundamental liberty of a citizenry that overwhelmingly rejects that restriction and openly disobeys the law.

WDI USA will always stand with the women and girls who exercise their right to liberty and autonomy, even if the Court proceeds with this monstrous decision.

Supreme Court has voted to overturn abortion rights, draft opinion shows – POLITICO

The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.

The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenthood v. Casey – that largely maintained the right. “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Alito writes.

“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” he writes in the document, labeled as the “Opinion of the Court.” “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”

When WILL Britain wake up to the danger of giving puberty blockers to children? | Daily Mail Online

As more and more countries, including Britain, begin to debate the rights and wrongs of pumping such powerful drugs into young bodies, the spotlight has fallen on Leo, who lives in Sweden’s capital Stockholm.

A groundbreaking investigation by the state-run television channel has revealed he is one of 13 transgender children of the 440 treated by the country’s famous Karolinska University Hospital who are known to have suffered catastrophic injuries as a result.

Their ailments include liver damage, unexplained weight gains of up to two stone, mental health problems, and — in Leo’s case — skeletal damage and a failure to grow as tall as he should.

He has spinal fractures and a condition called osteopenia, which weakens the bones, making them more liable to break. It is a disease that you often see in people aged 60 or 70 and is almost impossible to reverse.

After the film aired, the Karolinska reported itself to the national health authorities, and announced it had stopped prescribing puberty blockers to under-18s other than in a strictly-regulated research setting approved by ethics experts.

This led to the country’s national health board curtailing the administering of blockers to under-18s, with the admission that they carry risks that outweigh the benefits.

A little-publicised report on puberty blockers, released by the Tavistock Clinic two years ago, showed some children had signs of stunted height and thinned bone density compared with their peers who had not taken them.

Finland has announced puberty blockers should not be the treatment of first resort for children who want to change gender. Instead, they should be offered psychotherapy.

In France, the National Academy of Medicine has told doctors that the high number of young transgender children is often fuelled by the influence of social media and advised that great caution should be exercised when treating them.

The Dutch protocol was quickly adopted by gender clinics worldwide, even in a cautious Britain, which at first refused to prescribe blockers to under-15s.

But with very vocal political campaigners arguing that to deny them to children was transphobic, this country’s medical establishment acquiesced too.

A massive escalation followed, with no fewer than 2,660 under-18 referrals to the Tavistock’s GIDS department in the year to March 2020. This dramatic jump, from a few hundred a year a decade earlier, was mainly a result of girls wanting to become boys.

Perhaps it is his mother who is now suffering the most from what has happened. She feels responsible for what Leo has gone through and finds it impossible to forgive herself: ‘I am the one who should have protected my child, but I did not do that in any way.’

Gender Dysphoria and Adverse Childhood Experiences – Public Discourse

According to Dr. André Van Mol—the co-chair of the American College of Pediatricians’ Committee on Adolescent Sexuality and a contributor to Public Discourse on transgender issues—in the overwhelming majority of cases, the desire to switch one’s gender identity is closely connected to adverse experiences in childhood. More broadly, studies have reported a high frequency of childhood emotional and physical neglect and abuse among transgender-identifying individuals.

In my case, my longing to identify as female was due to early childhood trauma that fractured my male identity. My grandmother made a purple chiffon evening dress for me and affirmed me as a girl from ages four through six, and my uncle sexually abused me before I was ten. In my desperation to cope with the abuse, my child’s mind invented the belief I should have been a girl.

Thousands of former transgender-identifying individuals have contacted me over the last twelve years, and their stories always include ACEs that were never treated. Hurtful events of childhood—a loss or trauma such as divorce, an alcoholic parent, or sexual abuse—started the desire to become someone else.

I hear from young adults who transitioned and want their lives back. They share with me that they had mental illness, or they were addicted to pornography or anime games, or they were bullied, or perhaps they didn’t feel valued in the family.

For example, a major 2018 study of mental health in transgender-identifying youth found overwhelming evidence that mental illness is present before the onset of transgender belief. This study compared over 1,300 trans-believing youth with age-matched peers using clinical data gathered from three large pediatric practices in California and Georgia. The findings were startling and alarming. Psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, and attention deficit disorders were several times higher than the peer group, suicidal ideation was up to 54 times higher, and self-harm was up to 144 times higher.

No matter how well intended, recommending genital surgery or breast removal to someone with serious mental disorders is torture only a mad scientist would think appropriate.

Furthermore, mental illness doesn’t magically dissipate but often persists after surgery. In a nationwide long-term follow-up study of adult transgender cases in Sweden, psychiatric morbidity, suicide attempts, and suicide deaths were highly elevated after sex reassignment.
