Transsexual Transgender Transhuman: Dispatches from The 11th Hour — Spinifex Press

In this thought-provoking collection of articles drawn from her blog, The 11th Hour, Jennifer Bilek delves into the intricate relationship between transsexualism, transgenderism, and transhumanism. She sheds light on how the push for perceived human rights for marginalized groups often obscures broader societal dynamics.

Jennifer Bilek traces the evolution of transsexualism from a personal fetish into an industry that commodifies human reproductive sex, particularly womanhood. This process divorces it from its biological roots and its connection to the environment, reducing human reproductive sex to medically and technologically manipulated components.

She highlights how young people are sold the notion of expressing themselves and alleviating feelings of dissociation through the purchase of these manufactured identities with the term ‘transgender’.

Through an exploration of the transhumanist movement, Bilek investigates how its proponents blur the boundaries between humanity and mechanization. Society is undergoing a profound transformation away from the biological realities of reproductive sex, driven by emerging technologies that shape children’s perceptions of their bodies from an early age. The narrative of gender identity transcendence exploits their vulnerability, pushing them toward an increasingly medicalized future.

Her thorough analysis exposes the technological and financial motivations behind a political agenda masquerading as a human rights movement. This agenda seeks to redefine reproductive norms and propel society toward a posthuman future, ultimately undermining womanhood and eroding women’s rights.

Threatened to kill Harry Potter author JK Rowling: He is not going to jail

A man has now appeared in court after threatening J.K. Rowling, or in other words, Harry Potter’s ‘mother’.

According to the Scottish Daily Express, a 31-year-old man named Glenn Mullen uploaded audio clips in which he threatened to kill Ms. Rowling.

The man, who currently lives in Manchester in Great Britain, had uploaded audio clips in Gaelic, where he uttered several threatening words.

He was quoted as saying things such as he would kill J.K. Rowling with a big hammer in one of the audio clips.

J.K. Rowling’s statements were read aloud in court, and they revealed that Ms. Rowling believed the threats appeared calculated and made her look over her shoulder.

The judge sentenced Glenn Mullen to two eight-week prison sentences.

Besides that, he was suspended for two years.

The two sentences were to be served concurrently.

Mullen was also ordered to complete a 12-month community order.

This would include both 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 150 hours of unpaid work.

Home | Staying You

We share our lived experience and celebrate the awesomeness of being a girl, a biological female, a warrior, a witch, a queen, a mother, a daughter and the amazing things that being a woman allows us to achieve.

‘Staying You’ advocates for understanding and empowering those struggling with their identity to accept themselves in the body they have, we hold stakeholders to account and seeks the truth behind the sciences. ‘Staying You’ has been started by breast cancer survivor Mel Days, who knows all too well the pain and scars medical intervention brings because of the irreversible damage that has happened to her own body.

About Me

Mel Days was a primary school teacher, and now works in the fields of sociology and counselling. In 2018 – 2020 she underwent treatment for aggressive breast cancer. This treatment is very similar to the treatment that women and girls identifying as trans experience.

When Mel underwent treatment for stage 3 invasive breast cancer, she lost both breasts, and was given a radical hysterectomy and hormone blockers. The consequence of this life saving cancer treatment left her with irreversible physical damage that she would not wish on anyone. For Mel, the side effects of the cancer surgery and hormone blockers have been breathing problems, bone density loss, osteoporosis, chest pain, head to toe skin rashes, hot flushes, sterility, stomach pains, nerve pain, chest pain, numbness, restricted arm movement and loss of interest in intimacy. Finding out that individuals seeking support for gender dysphoria often receive the same invasive medical intervention as stage 3 breast cancer coalesced in Mel creating ‘Staying You’, a forum where she could empower those struggling with their identity to make informed choices and share their struggles.

‘I am beyond shocked, am so sad and deeply upset, that so few organisations are helping girls know the consequences of medicalizing their identities and are not instead supporting them to love themselves for all that they are in the perfectly healthy body that they are born in’ – Mel Day, 2023.

Detransitioner blasts activist‘s bid to ‘silence’ media as legal complaint fails

A transgender rights activist who has repeatedly tried to launch legal action against Australian media outlets has had her latest complaint thrown out of court.
Claire Southey, director of Rainbow Rights Watch, lodged her failed complaint about an article published by the Herald Sun that reported on a petition by female inmates at a women’s prison demanding the removal of a transgender inmate who had a history of violent sexual offending.
Victorian woman Mel Jefferies, who spent 10 years identifying as a man before detransitioning in 2021, slammed the lobby group after the failed vilification claim.
The claim related to a 2022 article that outlined pleas by prisoners at Dame Phyllis Frost Correctional Centre to relocate the inmate on safety grounds.
The trans prisoner had pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman in a Richmond street in 2011, and also spent time in a European jail for a child-sex offence.
Ms Southey’s complaint argued the article uncritically repeated claims that the person’s trans status caused other inmates to feel “unsafe”, “threatened” and “traumatised”.
But the tribunal dismissed Ms Southey’s claim, finding the article did not vilify transgender people or link gender identity with criminal behaviour.
In May last year, Ms Southey lost a legal battle against the Australian Press Council over the publication of stories she claimed “perpetuate discrimination” against trans people.
Ms Jefferies told the Herald Sun she was tired of seeing the legal system used to punish those with fair objections.
The fierce campaigner has been pushing back against trans healthcare, particularly the gender affirmation model, after having her breasts surgically removed in 2017 under the advice of medical experts.
Ms Jefferies pointed to a widely distributed document by lobby group the Trans Justice Project urging people to make complaints about “anti-trans media”.
“They’re trying to silence critics of the movement,” she said.

Council of Europe – Gender Equality Strategy (2024-29)

THE NEW GENDER EQUALITY STRATEGY 2024-2029: ITS MISSION AND
STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES

Strategic Objective 1 – Preventing and combating gender stereotypes
and sexism

Strategic Objective 2 – Preventing and combating violence
against women and girls and domestic violence

Strategic Objective 3 – Ensuring equal access to justice
for women and girls

Strategic Objective 4 – Achieving balanced participation
of women and men in political, public, social and economic life

Strategic Objective 5 – Ensuring women’s empowerment
and gender equality in relation to global and geopolitical challenges

Strategic Objective 6 – Achieving gender mainstreaming
and including an intersectional approach in all policies and measures

[Ed: The words prostitution and surrogacy are strangely absent from this important document. ‘Gender identity’ is acknowledged as an attribute worthy of protection by discrimination laws. Repeated reference is also made to ‘women in all their diversity’ which is a popular euphemism signaling the inclusion of males who claim to be women. Unfortunately, these concessions effectively undercut all the other stated objectives.]

Boy Wins Medals in Hawaii Girls’ Track and Field, Awarded ‘Outstanding Athlete’ | Jaclynn Joyce

Two boys have sparked heated debate across Hawaii after competing in — and winning — multiple girls’ track and field competitions. Lana Huff and Frankie-Lyn Mocilio were permitted to compete on the Kea’au High School girls’ track team because they “identify” as girls.

Huff would have ranked 565th in the state for the boys if he hadn’t switched to the girls’ team.

Huff is not the only trans-identified male on the school’s team. He and his teammate Frankie-Lyn Molcilio (another male), make up half of the ‘girls’ relay team at Kea’au High School.

Huff’s rapid ascent to a top spot and state championship qualifying time within a week highlights the disparity between male and female athletes.

In Hawai’i now, it appears that it is more convenient for athletic organizations to showcase men who identify as women as symbols of social justice, “diversity,” and “inclusion” rather than addressing the real issues faced by female athletes.

Norwegian BDSM Activist Behind WHO Decision To Remove Transvestic Fetishism And Sadomasochism From Psychiatric Diagnoses

Reduxx can reveal that the man who led a decades-long campaign pressuring the World Health Organization (WHO) to destigmatize fetishism, sadomasochism, and fetishistic transvestism, which is now included under the transgender umbrella, was a celebrated gay rights activist who ran a BDSM dungeon in Oslo. Svein Skeid, who passed away in December 2020, led the fetish rights campaign group Revise F65, which lobbied the WHO for decades and achieved their goal in 2018.

Skeid, renowned in Norway as a leading gay rights advocate, founded the Revise F65 committee in 1996 as a subsidiary of the National Association for Lesbian and Gay Liberation, or LLH, which has since become a trans activist group known as The Norwegian Organization for Sexual and Gender Diversity (Foreningen for kjønns- og seksualitetsmangfold – FRI).

WHO’s decision to follow the Norwegian Directorate of Health in depathologizing transvestic fetishism and sadomasochism was determined with the input of Columbia University professor Dr. Richard B. Krueger, a sex researcher and Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry.

During the DSM revision process, Krueger consulted with pro-pedophile activist group B4U-Act, which campaigns to have pedophilia recognized as a sexual orientation and was co-founded by convicted child rapist Michael Melsheimer. Melsheimer had explicitly stated that the purpose of the organization was to normalize pedophilia where the National Association of Man-Boy Love (NAMBLA) had failed to do so. The B4U-Act co-founder also coined the term ‘MAP,’ an acronym for Minor-Attracted Persons, a term which is gaining traction in academic publications.

Another notable member of LLH / FRI involved in a leadership capacity in Norway recently came to international attention after being arrested for performing dozens of sadomasochistic castrations out of his home in North London. Norwegian national Marius Gustavson, 46, uploaded recordings of the illicit surgeries to his ‘Eunuch Maker’ website, which was part of a larger network of men who aided Gustavson and performed fetishistic amputations and other procedures for sexual gratification.

GERMANY: Women’s Gym Fined €1,000 After Denying Balding Trans-Identified Male Access to Showers – Reduxx

A women-only fitness center in Erlangen, Bavaria, has been ordered by the government to pay compensation to a trans-identified male after the facility’s owner denied him permission to use the women’s showers.

Doris Lange, who has been the owner of the Lady’s First fitness studio for over three decades, received a notice from Ferda Ataman, the Independent Federal Commissioner for Anti-Discrimination, recommending “appropriate compensation” in the form of €1000 to a trans-identified male for the “personal injury suffered” at being rejected from using the women’s showers.

Speaking to NIUS, Lange noted that a significant number of her clients were Muslim females who required a sex-exclusive place to train away from males.

“It looks to my female customers as if I’m letting a man train there – at least as long as this lady is still equipped with male sexual organs.”

While the identity of the man in question was withheld by NIUS in accordance with German privacy law, Reduxx will reveal that the trans-identified male involved in the case is Laura Holstein.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Holstein was the first trans-identified male to be approved by the Bavarian Football Association (BFA) to play in a women’s football league.

NSW barrister Lindsay Ellison’s ‘Mx’ faux pas results in dismissal | The Australian

A NSW silk who said his preferred pronouns are “HeHaw HeHaw Ha Ha Ha” and questioned the use of gender-neutral titles in court and has been sacked as the chair of one of the state Bar’s central committees.

Lindsay Ellison SC, who has practised as a barrister for nearly 40 years, was stood down by NSW Bar Association president Ruth Higgins SC this month, after she received complaints about his conduct while chairing a meeting of the Succession and Protective Law Committee in late April.
The Australian understands that during the meeting, Mr Ellison questioned the use of the term “Mx” – a title used by non-binary people – which was used in a practice note written by NSW Supreme Court Chief Justice Andrew Bell about the proper way to address a party in court.
Mr Ellison was called to the Bar in 1985, and has been named a “market leader” in wills and estates practice for the past four years by the Doyles Guide. He was previously vice-president of the NSW Bar Association, and in 2021 became the inaugural chair of the Succession and Protective Law Committee.
Chief Justice Bell’s practice note, which instructs lawyers to “advise the court, where appropriate, of … forms of address such as Ms, Mr, Mrs, Mx, Dr, Prof”, was brought up in a committee meeting chaired by Mr Ellison last month. After he questioned the use of the term “Mx” in the meeting, he received a phone call from NSW Bar Association president Ruth Higgins, who counselled him over “the tone and content” of his comments regarding the practice note after the meeting.
