Transgender men getting ‘postmenopausal’ problems aged 28, study reveals

Transgender men are suffering from “postmenopausal” problems like incontinence in their 20s because of taking testosterone, a study has revealed.

Experts analysed 68 transgender men who were taking the cross-sex hormone to change their identity from female to male and found that 95 per cent had developed pelvic floor dysfunction.

Experts said the impact of the sex-changing drugs on bodily functions are under-researched and under-reported, with people “not being informed of the risks at gender clinics”.

Around 87 per cent of the participants had urinary symptoms such as incontinence, frequent toilet visits and bed-wetting, while 74 per cent had bowel issues including constipation or being unable to hold stools or wind in. Some 53 per cent suffered from sexual dysfunction.

The researchers said the rate of urinary incontinence, where urine unintentionally leaks, was around three times higher in transgender men than women, affecting around one in four compared to eight per cent of the general female population.

Other trans men suffered from frequent urinating including during the night, burning sensations, hesitancy, urgency and difficulty in going, while others had issues defecating.

Almost half had an “orgasm disorder”, while a quarter suffered from pain during sexual intercourse.

Elaine Miller, a pelvic health physiotherapist and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, said: “A lot of women are absolutely fine until the menopause and then they start to get leaky. That appears to be exactly the same trajectory for female people who take cross-sex hormones, but there hasn’t been much in the way of research.”

“Wetting yourself is something that just is not socially acceptable, and it stops people from exercising, it stops them from having intimate relationships, it stops them from travelling, it has work impacts,” she said.

“It’s really sad when we hear people say, ‘nobody ever told me this’, and they should have been informed of the risks in gender clinics.”

Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and John Kennedy (R-LA) eviscerated a Biden judicial nominee on Wednesday over her 2022 recommendation that a transgender serial rapist, William McClain (aka July Justine Shelby) be housed in a women’s prison despite previous convictions for raping children and possessing child pornography.

The Senators grilled U.S. Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn, who was nominated to serve on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Netburn transferred McClain despite an objection from the Board of Prisons.

In a handwritten note, McClain (Shelby) said he feared for his health, safety and life and suffered from gender dysphoria (of course a convicted child rapist wouldn’t expect to fare well in prison).

“Miss Shelby said I don’t want to go to a male prison. I want to go to a female prison,” Kennedy told Netburn. “And the Board of Prisons said ‘What planet did you parachute in from? You’re going to a male prison with this kind of record.’ And you sent him to a female prison, did you? You said that the Board of Prisons was trying to violate Ms Shelby, former Mr. McClain’s, constitutional right, didn’t you?”

Kennedy pointed out that Shelby was convicted for molesting a 9-year-old boy and raping a 17-year-old girl, and had sent child porn to other sex offenders.

“I issued a report and recommendation to the district judge recommending that the district judge transfer the petitioner to a women’s facility,” Netburn replied. “My recommendation was that the petitioner’s serious medical needs were being denied by keeping her in a men’s facility.”

“So you took a six-foot-two serial rapist. Serial child rapist with male genitalia,” Cruz continued. “And he said, you know, I’d like to be in a women’s prison. And your answer was, ‘That sounds great to me.’ Let me ask you something. The other women in that prison, do they have any rights?

Gender Identity: A Freudian Mistake?

A new biography of the founder of psychoanalysis reveals the unwitting role he played in the birth of ‘gender identity’. It’s a story of burglary, secret homosexual urges and a bizarre suicide.

It’s not just that Freud’s notion of ‘penis envy’ feels like an early outing for the lesbian penis, complete with its underlying misogyny. Nor that his insistence on infant sexuality has often been used to license the LGBTQ+ lobby’s refusal to treat child safeguarding seriously.

At the heart of the contradictory body of thought that Freud built up and adapted over the years was a conviction that people who felt unhappy might solve their problems if they were able to bring into the light their hidden and repressed feelings. It’s hardly a stretch to see those intellectual fingerprints imprinted all over the trans narrative of a hidden and repressed self bubbling up to the surface to have its day in the sun. High heels and wig at the ready.

Professor Robert Stoller used the core concepts of Freud to arrive at his theory of ‘gender identity’, a term he invented. His descriptions of everything to do with ‘gender identity’ from sissy culture to paedophilia are rooted in Freud. As are his most interesting works such as ‘Splitting’ about a woman who believed she had a penis. No surprise that ‘penis envy’ raises its ugly head here. So to speak.

Judge orders trans activist’s pronouns must be respected in ‘Billboard Chris’ hearing – Rebel News

The judge in ‘Billboard’ Chris Elston’s directions hearing declared that a biological woman be addressed with male pronouns in court.

The call was made during a session on Thursday, which also debated the involvement of trans activist Teddy Cook in the case against Australia’s eSafety Commissioner.

Dr Reuben Kirkham of the Free Speech Union of Australia, representing Elston, was scolded for using female pronouns when referring to Cook in the court.

The court eventually ruled that Cook would not be a party to the proceedings and should not be named in tribunal documents. Discussions also covered whether X Corp should remain an interested party. The Judge decided to keep the matters separate but ordered that documents be shared between them, with hearings held concurrently unless confidentiality orders are imposed.

A senior official of an Australian human rights body has likened England’s landmark Cass report to disinformation from a “village idiot”.

In a public webinar earlier this week, Kenton Miller of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission also falsely claimed that the Cass review’s survey of the evidence for youth gender medicine was “based on a very limited number of studies only within the UK.”

He told the webinar audience that the Cass review was “not legitimate at all” and he put it in the context of a surge in “dangerous messaging” that it was “unnatural” to be transgender.

“Because we now live in a very global village, unfortunately, that means we get to inherit some of the village idiots from other places, which means that a lot of the disinformation that’s out there, such as the Cass report, makes its way into our headlines and our media, with very little information being shared,” Mr Miller said.

The 2020-24 Cass review was led by the distinguished British paediatrician Dr Hilary Cass, a former president of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. Her 388-page report outlines the world’s most comprehensive study of how best to respond to the unprecedented surge in gender-distressed teenagers, chiefly girls, many of them with autism, mental health disorders, awkward same-sex attraction and family trauma.

After systematic reviews of the international scientific literature, the Cass report found there was “remarkably weak evidence” to support puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for gender-distressed minors. In England, blockers have been restricted to clinical trials and Dr Cass has urged “extreme caution” before any use of cross-sex hormones with minors.

The Victorian human rights commission did not answer GCN’s questions about Mr Miller’s commentary on the Cass review.

Victoria’s human rights commission, which has a role in reporting to the police, had until recently claimed on its website that a parent refusing to support a child’s request for puberty blocker drugs would be in breach of the law.

Medical experts are unwilling to give evidence in gender cases | The Times

Courts are struggling to find experts willing to give medical evidence in family law disputes about young people who want hormone treatment to change gender.

Judges in two High Court rulings this month in disputes over whether puberty blockers or gender-affirming hormones should be given to a person younger than 18 noted the lack of any medical expert in the UK willing to give evidence.
In the first ruling on transgender medical issues that considered the Cass review — which found there was “no good evidence” to support giving young people potentially life-altering hormone treatment — the judge blamed “the toxicity of the debate” for the fact that it had not been possible to get medical evidence.
“Whilst there is a paucity of experts in some disciplines … I have never encountered a case where there was simply no one willing to provide such evidence for the court,” the judge said.
Quoting from the Cass review, the judge said: “There are few other areas of healthcare where professionals are so afraid to openly discuss their views, where people are vilified on social media, and where name-calling echoes the worst bullying behaviour.”
A week earlier, Sir Andrew McFarlane, the most senior family court judge, said in a ruling that there was “very significant concern” over children “accessing cross-hormone treatment from any offshore, online, unregulated private clinic”.
Despite an “extensive” exercise, McFarlane said that it had been impossible to identify an endocrinologist in the UK who was prepared to give evidence.
Paul Conrathe, the solicitor at Sinclairslaw who represented Q’s mother, says that he has spoken to many potential expert witnesses, who express “concerns about being personally vilified and that the grief is not worth it”. In particular he argues that there is a “hostile and intimidating environment for anyone that seeks to question an affirmative approach to hormonal treatment”.

Democratic Women’s Caucus Ignores Women Speaking Out About “Gender Identity” Around the World | Kara Dansky

On April 19, 2024, the Democratic Women’s Caucus (DWC) issued a statement concerning Title IX rule changes announced by the U.S. Department of Education that same day. The DWC states on the mission page of its website:

The Democratic Women’s Caucus (DWC) is composed of all the Democratic women in the House of Representatives. The DWC is dedicated to the advancement of full equal rights, economic opportunity, improved health and safety, and elimination of laws and policies with discriminatory or disparate impacts for women and girls, and works to achieve these goals through legislation, advocacy, and educational efforts.

Women’s Declaration International USA (WDI USA) agrees with this mission statement and is pleased that there is a group of women in the U.S. House of Representatives purporting to stand up for women and girls.

Surprisingly, the DWC’s statement did not mention the fact that the Department’s Title IX rule changes also redefined sex to include the nebulous and sexist concept of “gender identity” for all Title IX purposes. Given that this redefinition will have disastrous consequences for women and girls as a sex class, we thought this omission was significant.

We are asking women all over the world to:

  1. Bring as much attention to this situation as possible globally by sharing it with women’s groups and members of the media; and
  2. Contact the DWC to share your concerns about this glaring omission.

Legal victory for gender critical worker subjected to “heresy hunt” at trans inclusive rape crisis centre – The Free Speech Union

In a damning ruling at the Edinburgh Employment Tribunal, a judge has condemned a trans inclusive rape crisis centre, and criticised the organisation’s transgender chief executive for pursuing a “Kafkaesque” nine month-long investigation against a female employee who held gender critical beliefs, reports the Times.

Roz Adams, a support counsellor who has worked with vulnerable communities since 2003, brought the case claiming she suffered discrimination when her views on the importance of rape trauma and counselling services remaining single-sex became known to senior colleagues at the Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC), including the centre’s chief executive, transgender woman Mridul Wadhwa.

The employment tribunal has now ruled in Ms Adams’s favour, upholding her claim of constructive dismissal against ERCC, which in 2023 received over £1.9 million in funding from the Scottish government, and finding that she had been harassed and discriminated against.

During the hearing in April, lawyer Naomi Cunningham, representing Ms Adams, claimed the ERCC mounted an “inquisition” after a female rape survivor said she would feel uncomfortable talking to a man and asked to know the biological sex of her support worker.

Ms Adams said she was accused of being “transphobic” after suggesting in an email that they tell her that one volunteer was “a woman at birth who now identifies as being non-binary”.

It emerged at a previous hearing in January that the centre refused to support that response, and instead told the woman that it “does not have any men on their volunteer team”.

Ms Cunningham also told the tribunal Wadhwa, who was born male, held a “hostile attitude towards sex-realist beliefs” and used the incident to instigate a nine-month disciplinary procedure against Ms Adams.

Bestiality references allegedly made during presentation at Renmark High School – ABC News

The South Australian Department for Education is investigating a presentation delivered to year 9 girls in a regional high school that allegedly referenced bestiality as being accepted by the LGBTQIA+ community.

Female students said teachers at Renmark High School told them to leave their lessons and attend a presentation in a separate classroom.

Student Courtney White, 14, said she felt confused and blindsided by the presentation.

“We had a teacher that told us to grab a chair and sit in front of the board, and then the Headspace people came in and then [the teacher] left, so then we’re sitting in front of a board alone with no teachers, just the Headspace people,” she said.

“The first slide of the PowerPoint on the board was ‘You can see queerly now’ and ‘No point hiding.'”

Fourteen-year-old Emelia Wundenberg said the presenter was graphic when referencing their own sexual preferences and spoke in sexually explicit terms about growing up and being confused about whether they idolised people of the same gender or wanted to be intimate with them.

Students say they were then given an explanation of the initialism LGBTQIA+, with each word and its meaning displayed on the screen.

The students said bestiality was then explained in detail and the presenter seemed to imply it was something practised by people who identified as LGBTQIA+.

“They said [the queer community] just accepts all of it, even though … isn’t it illegal?” Emelia said.

“There was a slide for what the ‘plus’ means, and they just started randomly saying words that no-one knew, like bestiality,” Emelia said.

Judge grants detransitioner’s lawsuit against doctors to proceed in court: ‘Sufficient’ allegations | Fox News US

Detransitioner Prisha Mosley and her lawyers won a significant legal victory earlier this month for her case against “gender-affirming” health providers.

The Independent Women’s Forum, where Mosley works as an ambassador, shared documents with Fox News Digital on Thursday that revealed Mosley’s lawsuit will move forward despite defendants’ motions to dismiss.

“[T]he Court has determined as a matter of law that the allegations of Plaintiff’s Complaint, treated as true, are sufficient to state a claim upon which relief may be granted,” North Carolina Superior Court Judge Robert Ervin wrote.

Mosley’s case is the first detranistioner lawsuit that has been allowed to proceed in court, according to her attorney, Josh Payne.
