Black Lives Matter is a Transgender Organisation – Cassandra’s Box

The organisation Black Lives Matter is about protecting black people from police brutality, or that is their stated goal on the surface. Due to the media coverage of the death of a black man, George Floyd, at the hands of a white police officer, Derek Chauvin, BLM raised a large amount of money in 2020.

An account on Twitter drew my attention to the BLM 2020 Impact Report, about how they used the money that they raised.

It turns out that the majority of organisations that they support are LGBTQ* organisations, which means, in reality, that they are about trans identified males.

Black Lives Matter is an organisation that markets itself as working to end police brutality against black people in the US. Therefore, logically, their funds should go to activities that focus upon police brutality.

The Arcus Foundation was created in 2000 by gay Big Pharma billionaire Jon Stryker. This organisation is one of the billionaire promoters of gender identity ideology. Billionaires (particularly Big Pharma billionaires) have a large interest in promoting this ideology, as the more people take hormones, puberty blockers and have transgender surgery, the more money goes into Big Pharma’s pockets (see also Big Pharma is no different from any other Capitalist Corporation).

The truth is that black trans identified males are a tiny minority of black people in the US. Yet most of the money that BLM granted to outside organisations went to trans identified male organisations.

[H]alf of the transgender organisations funded by BLM are also funded by Arcus/Borealis.

Finally, we have to ask the question “Why are a (supposed) grassroots organisation that grew up organically funding exactly the same organisations as the billionaire founded Arcus Foundation?”

‘Ready for the pop?’: Police in violent arrest of 73-year-old with dementia

Shocking video has emerged from the US showing police officers mocking a 73-year-old woman with dementia after her violent arrest.

Karen Garner was detained in June 2020 while walking home after leaving a Colorado Walmart without paying for items worth less than $A20.

Bodycam footage, released by Ms Garner’s lawyer on Monday, shows an officer forcing her to the ground before he and a colleague continue to manhandle the distressed pensioner.

Ms Garner, who weighs just 36 kilograms, suffered a dislocated shoulder and fractured arm – to the apparent amusement of the officers, Austin Hopp and Daria Jalali, who watched the footage while she was left in a cell without medical attention.

Before her arrest, Ms Garner, who has nine grandchildren, lived independently in her own apartment near her daughter’s home.

However, her family said she now struggled to communicate and had anxiety, including bouts of pacing and hand-wringing. She has never been able to tell her family what happened on the day of the arrest, only asking: “Why did they hurt me?”

More Trans Criminals Than Anti-Trans Crime in the UK?

Are trans people truly in ‘danger’ in the UK and Ireland? The evidence suggests trans people have commited more crimes than been the victims of them.

I looked for any and all reports of trans people being murdered, assaulted, or raped — and since 2008 I was able to find 12 reports total between the UK and Ireland. Of the 12, only 3 of which can be considered bonafide anti-trans hate crimes and were investigated or treated as such by police and the courts: Giovanna Del Nord, Anna Montgomery, and a protected-identity transwoman who was attacked in Yorkshire in 2020.

In contrast, I also looked for any and all reports of trans people murdering, assaulting, or raping others — and since 2008, I was able to find 48 reports. In trans rights activist-fashion, I am not debating over whether or not these people are ‘genuinely transgender,’ but rather accepting their claim however it stands. I also included the possession, creation, and/or distribution of child sexual exploitation material amongst these as I consider it to be assault against a child (as we all should) and a violent crime in general.

NY security guards watch on as a 65-year-old Asian woman becomes the latest victim of brutal hate-crime

Just after 12pm on Monday, a 65-year-old Asian American woman was attacked on the streets of Manhattan by an unidentified man police say is still at large.

The New York City Police Department (NYPD) released surveillance footage of a man physically and verbally attacking the woman while yelling anti-Asian sentiments. The video also showed security guards at a nearby building standing by and watching without intervening. The incident is being investigated by police as a hate crime, and has incited horror and fury across social media.

A reporter for ABC 7 Eyewitness News, said on Twitter that the attacker was heard saying, “f*** you, you don’t belong here.”

CeFaan Kim, said that the woman, who was on her way to church, suffered serious injuries as a result of the attack. She was hospitalised with swelling to the face and pain in her left leg, a fractured pelvis and contusion to her head.

Earlier this month, a gunman took the lives of eight people at three spaces in Atlanta, Georgia; six of the victims were Asian women.

Aboriginal teenager loses bid to have trial heard by female judge for cultural reasons

An Aboriginal teenage girl has lost an appeal after she requested her criminal trial be heard by a female magistrate for cultural reasons, saying she wouldn’t defend the charges if footage of her being strip-searched had to be seen by men.

The girl, then 15, was strip searched at Wagga Wagga Police Station in March 2019 after she was arrested on suspicion of stealing a car.

Police say she kicked the female officers searching her and smashed some of their body cameras. She was charged with assaulting police officers executing their duty and destroying property.

The girl’s defence team wants to argue that the strip search was illegal.

Footage of the search showed her fully exposed backside and chest.

A field officer with the Aboriginal Legal Service gave evidence that in Aboriginal cultures showing a woman’s sensitive parts was women’s business.

The Children’s Court magistrate rejected her application.

But the NSW Court of Appeal ruled last month that the Children’s Court could actually order a case like the girl’s to be heard by a woman.

Ordering a case to be heard by a woman is not the same as ordering a case to be heard by a specific judge, the court said. Some 47 per cent of magistrates in NSW are women.

The court rejected the girl’s appeal because the legal error hadn’t affected the magistrate’s decision.

The girl was initially refused bail and held in jail for more than six months after the strip search. She has since been granted bail.

Attacker Assaults Three Men, Blames Suppressed Transgender Identity | Women Are Human

IE — Dublin. On December 7, 2017, Sean Kavanagh punched a bartender and threw a bottle at an event manager while being kicked out of the Malt House Bar for knocking over several glasses. Once outside the bar, Kavanagh tried to run back in, at which point a family friend, Thomas Coogan, tried to stop him. Kavanagh punched Coogan in the face, fracturing Coogan’s skull and causing bleeding to the brain; Coogan spent several days in intensive care.
At some point after the bar assaults, Kavanagh began identifying as a woman called Shauna, and now has a gender recognition certificate, which was provided to the court.
Noctor argued in court that Kavanagh is “vulnerable” and would find prison particularly difficult, referencing international research that “has found transgender women in particular are a vulnerable group in prison”.

Noctor referred to two males currently being held in women’s jails in Ireland, who must be kept separate from the rest of the prison population. The two males in women’s prisons are: Barbie Kardashian, who has demonstrated a pattern of extreme physical and sexual violence towards women An unnamed pedophile, who was convicted of 10 counts of sexual assault and one count of cruelty against a child .

Leaders must boycott G20 summit over Saudi rights abuses | Law | The Times

Saudi Arabia will host the G20 summit starting on Saturday, a date that marks almost a month since Loujain al-Hathloul, a local women’s rights activist who has been in prison for two years, started a hunger strike to protest against being barred from seeing her family.

Hathloul is not the only activist suffering at the hands of the Saudi government. She was one of several women arrested at different points in 2018 for fighting for women’s rights. While some have now been released pending trial, Nouf Abdulaziz, Aida al-Ghamdi, Mayaa al-Zahrani, Samar Badawi and Nassima al-Sadah remain detained in unacceptable conditions.

They have suffered enormous injustice at the hands of the Saudi government, especially since Mohammed bin Salman, the crown prince, assumed the reins of control. In a cruel twist, shortly after they were arrested, it was announced that one of the things they were fighting for — the right to drive — would be granted.

In a recent report for the human rights institute of the International Bar Association, I urged participant states to demand the immediate release of these women. The country’s leaders should refuse to attend the summit until this is done. A boycott will send the clear message that human rights abuses will no longer be tolerated.

Saudi Arabia should not have been allowed to host the summit after the murder of Khashoggi. We cannot allow the detention and torture of women activists to become another transgression that the world is willing to ignore. There must come a point at which impunity for crimes must end and that point has arrived.
