A transgender woman committed a “gross breach of trust” when she filmed herself committing a sex act next to her friend’s sleeping five-year-old child, a court has heard.
Josh Dean French, 25, was charged under her(sic) birth and legal name, pleaded guilty in the Adelaide District Court to three offences relating to child exploitation material. The court heard French, who is now known as Jayda Dean, admitted to twice filming herself (sic) “masturbating near (her) friend’s child”, saying it was an impulsive act “undertaken when the child’s mother had gone out to get some milk”.
