French court recognises transgender woman as the mother of her(sic) child

A court of appeal in the southern French city of Toulouse has just ruled that a woman (sic) who was born male should be considered the mother of the child she (sic) conceived with her (sic) partner before her (sic) sex change.

In what is a first for France’s judiciary, a court of appeal recognised  the right of a male-to-female transgender person – who conceived a child with her (sic) male reproductive system – to be named as the mother on the child’s birth certificate.

Since 2016, French law has authorised gender reassignment without sexual reassignment that has allowed distinct legal and biological realities to coexist.

  1. At last men have triumphed by a transed man being mentioned as the one who birthed ‘his’ child.
I am still waiting forthe mention of the correct sex of the one with the required organs to do that pregnancy and birth, before she had to become a man to declare this phantasy as reality!

  2. This is, of course, an absolute obscenity.
Both sexes are claiming to be the other, women claiming to be men and men claiming to be women.

but it’s all make belive with obvious dangers for women. Real women that is.

It was so reassuring to see the ‘sic’ after each ‘she’. It gives me some faith that others are thinking as I do. Sometimes one feels quite alone as one reads the madness in the media, especially the ABC with it’s endless mantras about ‘women arn’t the only ones who menstruate’ and so on.

As a male I would not say ‘men have triumphed’ rather that the psychosis of ‘gender fluidity’ has claimed yet another mile stone of absurdity.

young people of both sexes, although primarily women, are being maimed at an ever increasing rate.

I hold the medical proffession largely culpable as each time they perform a double masectomy or an orchidectomy they are cutting away healthy tissue and breaking their Hipocratic oath.

I envisage in 20 years time a string of legal cases based on the damage done to these poor young people and the encouragement so many organisations have given them to be maimed.

It is an obscenity of the highest order.
