Instagram confirms Pornhub ban is “permanent”: 13 million followers gone

Pornhub recently tried to claim that their Instagram ban was “temporary.”  Instagram had shut down the account causing Pornhub to lose 13 million followers and over 6000 posts. The anonymous spokesman for Pornhub arrogantly told journalists, “We look forward to our account being reactivated, as it always has.”

Well, it must have been embarrassing for Pornhub when Meta/Instagram recently confirmed publicly in the media that the ban was actually permanent–as it should be.  “We’ve permanently disabled this Instagram account for repeatedly violating our policies,” the spokesperson for Instagram said. Pornhub is kicked off the site for good and now 13 million less people will be directed to watch Pornhub’s monetized child rape and sex trafficking videos.

Shortly after the confirmation, Pornhub began to promote their usual false cover narrative about “unfair” “censorship” and other nonsense. But the truth remains. Real filmed rape, child abuse, and sex trafficking isn’t protected speech, it isn’t an idea, it is a violent CRIME that must be punished.

No corporation that purposefully distributes and profits from such criminal abuses should ever be given a pass. No legitimate company should support a crime scene like Pornhub.
