A child sex offender who calls herself(sic) ‘Leader of The Pack’ has been accused of running a child abuse ring from inside a NSW prison.
Jessica Isabelle Rose, formerly known as Dean Angus Bell, was arrested at Junee Correctional Centre on Tuesday following a four-month investigation into the production and sharing of child abuse material by inmates.
The 31-year-old was charged with eight counts of producing child abuse material, eight counts of disseminating child abuse material, and knowingly or recklessly directing a criminal group.
Investigators uncovered a group called ‘The Pack’ who allegedly shared letters detailing real-life experiences abusing children, along with plans to commit further crimes upon release.
Police allege murder was mentioned in one of the letters.
NSW Police allege Ms Rose directed the group from her prison cell, writing letters detailing child abuse before sending them to other inmates.
Detectives believe a significant number of inmates could be involved due to the amount of material allegedly shared.
Ms Rose is in the midst of a prison term for using a carriage service to access child abuse material, and for breaching an extended supervision order.
She(sic) transitioned genders while in custody and was housed in an all-male prison.
Surely criminologists need to be concerned about the skewing of offender statistics if they have any dedication to their discipline as a discipline. When will the Australian Institute of Criminology act responsibly to demand that criminal statistics record accurately offenders and offending, arrests and prosecutions, trials and convictions, and prison statistics. To remain silent when offences committed by men are being recorded as statistics committed by women is irresponsible, unprofessional and a betrayal of their purported discipline. Criminology – like sociology – had to establish itself as a discipline, that is as a field of legitimate study to gain recognition in the academy. It will lose legitimacy (if it has not done so already) if it does not make clear that police, courts, probation and parole services, prisons etc must record accurately by sex – that is, XY and XX levels of offending.
Where does the Australian Institute of Criminology stand in all this?
Gender reclassification is a complete violation of the rights of biological women, and a ‘legal fiction’ has been created to support this insidious agenda.
It is the single most aggressive attack BY MEN upon women in the history of mankind, and needs to be recognised as such. It is, by definition the very essence of violence against women.
The original definition of ‘woman’ needs to be restored and recognised as being SOLELY the gender of a natural biological female.
Transgender Men and Women should also be recognised as having their own distinct gender, whilst also respecting, and lawfully protecting the rights of others.
X-Trans and Y-Trans for example, or of course whatever that gender group considers suitable. Re-classifications should not however, contain the words woman, man, male or female, as that would not be lawfully protecting the long established rights of biological genders.
