WASHINGTON (WTVO) — Over 3,000 pediatricians have filed suit against the Biden administration for a health care mandate that would require medical professionals to provide gender-related services despite medical objections.
Under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which broadened the definition of sex discrimination to include sexual orientation and gender identity, objections to treating children with gender-related therapies would be considered discrimination.

In America, it seems the sue option is often the only option – and thank goodness it exists when Biden threw common sense and human decency out the window in order to appease the dangerous Gender Ideology Cult. If Biden is having second thoughts about his ‘foolhardy’ decision to rapidly withdraw troops from Afghanistan (with seemingly little more than a fleeting thought that it would generate a negative backlash) – the backlash from his even more ‘foolhardy and reckless decision’ to enforce Gender Ideology onto civil society will hopefully see the death of his ascendancy. Perhaps, in a roundabout way, he has done the world a favour by bringing this monster out of its Trojan Horse and baring it for all to see. Sadly, everyone dragged under that damned alphabet umbrella will be targeted. At least it won’t bother me if same sex marriage is rescinded, because I could never understand why any self-respecting progressive would see acceptance of something so patriarchal as a step forward.
