Notorious Porsche driver Richard Pusey claims they almost missed their latest court date because they were about to be chaperoned to hospital to discuss gender reassignment surgery.
Dressed in prison greens and with a towel wrapped around their head, Pusey appeared in the Sunshine Magistrates Court from prison on Wednesday where they argued for the matter to be adjourned.
The 44-year-old, who was jailed for filming four dying police officers after a crash on Melbourne’s Eastern Freeway in 2020, has been charged with two counts of using a telecommunications device to menace and two counts of commit indictable offence on bail.
During their last court appearance Pusey told the court their pronouns were they/them.
