This paper on the” “impacts of Trans Activism on the Human Rights of Women and Girls” was written in 2017 by members of Feminist Legal Clinic and used for a variety of submissions to NGOs and Government, to no avail. While events have moved on, the concerns we raised in this document have only increased and those of us blowing the whistle have been subjected to increasing persecution and marginalisation.
